How to renew a pawn ticket?

You might have forgotten or not yet redeemed the gold you pawned with us within the 6-month period. We will notify you before the auction is conducted. You can choose to redeem your item or renew the pawn ticket.

 

To renew, you are required to pay the accrued interest before the next 6-month extension. To redeem your item, you need to pay the interest and the full loan amount. For redemption, please bring your identification card (for Malaysian citizens) or passport for foreigners.

 

Are there service charges for pawning?

A fee of RM0.50 will be charged for each pawn ticket issued. Additionally, there are no other fees or hidden costs.
