Pawnzon Loyalty Points Terms and Conditions
- Membership Eligibility:
All Pawnzon customers can register for free membership to collect Pawnzon Loyalty points by visiting any pawnshop under Pawnzon or activating their membership using their own Pawnlink Account. - Redemption Limit:
Customers are permitted to redeem a maximum of 50% of the total interest accrued with loyalty points. - Utilization of Points:
Earned points can only be used in subsequent transactions. - Redemption Venue:
Loyalty points earned through the Pawnzon Loyalty Points program can be utilized at any Pawnshop under the Pawnzon. - Point Expiry and Inactivity:
Pawnzon Loyalty points will expire after 1 year of inactivity. Accounts inactive for 3 years will be transferred to a dormant server. - Point Calculation:
Points are rewarded as whole numbers only; decimals are not included in point calculations. For example, RM60.73 will be counted as 60 points. - Reclaiming Points:
In the event of reclaiming points, the customer will still receive points from the transfer, but after deduction of the claimed points. The calculation will be adjusted accordingly.

The calculation for PAWNZON points is summarized as follows:
a) Formula:
• Formula: Interest - (Interest x 10) - Points - (0.1% of Interest) - Cashback
Example: For an interest paid of RM 10 with 100 points earned, the exchange rate would be RM 0.10.
b) Point Reward Structure:
• Customers who transfer their pawn ticket within 3-5 months will be rewarded 3 times the regular points.
• Customers who transfer their pawn ticket on the 0th, 1st, 2nd, or 6th month will be rewarded 1 time the regular points.
• Customers who transfer expired tickets (more than 6 months old) will not be rewarded any pointsTicket Transfer Duration Point Reward Within 3-5 months 3 times On 0, 1, 2, 6 months 1 time Expired ticket (>6 months) No points By participating in the Pawnzon Loyalty Points program, customers agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
