Terms and Condition

  1. Eligibility and Validity
    1. The “Harga Pajak 916 +RM10/g Voucher Promotion” (“Voucher”) is organised by Pawnzon (“Organizer”). By participating redeeming the Voucher, each participant (“Participant” or “Customer”) is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    2. “Pawnzon’s Partner Pawnbrokers” refers to the licensed pawnbrokers listed in Annexure 1.
    3. The Voucher is open to eligible individuals who are currently residing in Malaysia, subject to Pawnzon’s and/or Pawnzon’s Partner Pawnbrokers’ standard customer verification, item assessment and pawnbroking requirements.
    4. Customers who present a valid Voucher are entitled to receive an additional RM10 per gram on top of Pawnzon’s prevailing 916 gold pawn price at the time of redemption.
    5. All Customers who complete an eligible transaction, including New Pawn, Transfer, or Redeem, at any Pawnzon branch are entitled to receive the Voucher, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
    6. The Voucher is valid for NEW PAWN transactions only.
    7. The Voucher can be applied to the NEXT TRANSACTION only.
    8. The Voucher cannot be applied to the same transaction in which the Voucher was issued.

 

  1. Voucher Benefit
    1. The Voucher provides an additional RM10/g on top of the applicable 916 gold pawn price at the time of redemption.
    2. The applicable base pawn price will be determined according to Pawnzon’s prevailing 916 gold pawn price at the time of redemption.
    3. The final pawn value remains subject to Pawnzon’s assessment of the gold purity, eligible weight, condition and acceptance of the pledged item.

 

  1. Voucher Validity
    1. The Voucher is valid until 31 December 2026, as stated on the Voucher.
    2. Any Voucher presented after the stated expiry date will not be accepted.
    3. Expired Vouchers will not be extended, renewed, refunded or replaced.

 

  1. Redemption Process
    1. The Customer must present the original physical Voucher at the Pawnzon branch counter at the time of redemption.
    2. Photocopies, photographs, scanned copies, screenshots, reproductions or duplicated Vouchers will not be accepted.
    3. Upon successful redemption, the original Voucher will be collected and retained by the Company.
    4. Each Voucher may be redeemed once only and cannot be reused.
    5. Only one (1) Voucher may be redeemed per eligible transaction.
    6. Multiple Vouchers cannot be combined or stacked in the same transaction.

 

  1. Redemption Location
    1. The Voucher is redeemable at any Pawnzon branch, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
    2. Redemption is only available for eligible in-branch pawnbroking transactions and is not applicable to online transactions.

 

  1. Promotion Restrictions
    1. The Voucher is valid for NEW PAWN transactions only.
    2. The Voucher cannot be used for transfer, renewal, interest payment, redemption, loan reduction or any other transaction unless expressly stated otherwise by Pawnzon.
    3. Unless otherwise stated, the Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other included promotional pawn price, special rate, voucher, discount and ongoing promotion.
    4. The Voucher cannot be applied retrospectively to a transaction that has already been completed.
    5. The Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and has no cash redemption value.

 

  1. Lost, Damaged or Invalid Vouchers
    1. Pawnzon shall not be responsible for any Voucher that is lost, stolen or damaged.
    2. Lost, stolen, damaged or unusable Vouchers will not be replaced or reissued.
    3. Pawnzon reserves the right to reject any Voucher that appears to have been altered, duplicated, reproduced tampered with, fraudulently obtained or otherwise rendered invalid.

 

  1. Amendment of Terms
    1. Pawnzon reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend or withdraw the Voucher promotion and / or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice where necessary.
    2. Any updated Terms & Conditions officially published by Pawnzon will supersede any previous version.

 

  1. General
    1. By redeeming the Voucher, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
    2.  In the event of any inconsistency between the information printed on the Voucher, promotional materials and these Full Terms & Conditions, these Full Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
    3. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese or any other translated version, the English version shall prevail.
