• The Campaign is organised by Pawnzon, with all pawnbroking transactions carried out by participating licensed Pawnzon Partner Pawnbrokers (“Participating Pawnbrokers”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”).
• By participating in this Campaign, participants (“Participants” or “Customers”) are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• The Campaign is open to eligible customers residing in Malaysia, subject to the Participating Pawnbrokers’ standard customer verification, item assessment and pawnbroking requirements.

Harga Pajak Special

• Promotion Period: This campaign will be commenced from 24 August 2026 to 7 September 2026 .
• Special Pawn Price: During the Promotion Period, eligible customers will enjoy a special pawn price for 916 Gold Items on New Pawn Ticket are eligible for HARGA PAJAK SPECIAL.
• Eligible Items: The special pawn price applies only to 916 gold items accepted by our pawn shops, subject to our standard acceptance criteria.
• Loan Terms: All other terms and conditions of the pawn loan remain unchanged, including loan duration, repayment terms, and item retrieval.
• Participation: To participate in this promotion, individuals must pawn an item(s) at Pawnzon’s Partner Pawnbrokers during the promotion period.
• Each Participants are given a limited maximum quota of 223 gram (or RM100,350) for using the Special Pawn Price (Harga Pajak Special).
• The quota of each individual is shared within the entire Pawnzon’s Partner Pawnbrokers Group during promotion period.
• Customer who did not fulfils the above-mentioned criteria will follow the weekly normal pawn price. Normal pawn price will not utilise his/her quota.
• Each quota given to individual are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

General Terms

1. This Promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing offers, promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
2. Pawnzon reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
3. Pawnzon reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions or involved in fraudulent activities. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen Scratch Cards.
4. By joining this Promotion, Participants agree that Pawnzon and its agencies may use their name, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade, and/or other purposes without further compensation or notice.
5. Customer information will be kept in our database but will not be shared with third parties, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
6. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia (or other language) versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
7. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen Scratch Cards.
