2025 Jom Balik Sekolah Lucky Draw – Terms & Conditions

The Jom Balik Sekolah Lucky Draw campaign is organised by Pawnzon’s partner Pawnbrokers (“We”, “Us” or “Our”). By participating in this campaign, the Participant agrees that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.

“Pawnbroker” means any of the licensed pawnbrokers listed in Annexure 1. The campaign is organized by Pawnzon’s Partner Pawnbrokers and is open to individuals currently residing in Malaysia only.

Campaign Details:

Campaign Period: 26 May 2025 – 9 June 2025

Eligibility: Customers who pawn RM500 (New Pawn only) or above in a single transaction at Pawnzon Partner Pawnbrokers are entitled to one (1) lucky draw chance.

Lucky Draw Mechanics:

1. Customers will draw one (1) ping pong ball from the lucky draw box.
2. The prize will be awarded based on the color of the ball drawn.
3. Each eligible transaction allows one (1) draw chance only.

General Terms:

• This campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
• All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Pawnzon reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this campaign and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, participants agree to be bound by these terms and any other rules or instructions issued by Pawnzon or its Partner Pawnbrokers.
• Pawnzon reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these terms or involved in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
• Participants agree that Pawnzon and its agents may use their names, photographs, and/or likenesses for marketing, promotional, editorial, or other commercial purposes without further compensation or notification.
• Participant information will be kept in our database and handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act. It will not be shared with third parties.
• In case of conflict between versions in different languages, the English version shall prevail.
