1. What is the Pawnzon Loyalty Points Program?

The Pawnzon Loyalty Points Program is a rewards system that allows customers to earn loyalty points ("Points") when they conduct certain transactions with Pawnzon pawnshops or through the Pawnlink platform. These Points can be redeemed for discounts on interest payments for pawn tickets.

2. How do I become a member of the Pawnzon Loyalty Points Program?

When you complete a transaction at a participating Pawnzon pawnshop, the pawnshop staff may invite you to join the program, or you can request to join. Additionally, if you use the Pawnlink platform, you can activate the loyalty program by clicking the "Join" button in your account.

3. What types of transactions earn me Points?

You can earn Points for the following activities:

• Paying interest during Ticket Renewal.
• Paying interest during Pawn Item Redemption.
• Paying interest during Add-More or Reduce.
• Paying Interest during Partial Redeem
• Any other qualifying transactions announced by Pawnzon.

4. How are Points calculated?

For every RM 1.00 of interest paid, you will earn 10 Points. Any amount below RM 1.00 is rounded down, so for example:

• If you pay RM 62.73 in interest, you will earn 620 Points (rounded down from RM 62.73 to RM 62.00).

5. How can I redeem my Points?

Points can be redeemed for discounts on interest payments at Pawnzon pawnshops or through Pawnlink. For every 100 points, you can redeem for RM 0.10 interest discount. Points can cover up to 50% of your total interest amount.

6. Are there any limits to how many Points I can redeem at once?

Yes, you can redeem Points to cover up to 50% of the interest amount in any single transaction. The remaining balance must be paid using cash or other payment methods.

7. What is the minimum number of Points I need to redeem?

You must redeem Points in multiples of 100. For example, if you have 3,840 Points, you can redeem 3,800 Points for RM 3.80. The remaining 40 Points cannot be redeemed as Points cannot be used in amounts less than 100.

8. Do Points expire?

Yes, Points expire if you have no qualifying transactions with Pawnzon for a continuous period of 1 year. A qualifying transaction could be:

• Making a new pawn,
• Redeeming an item,
• Renewing a ticket, etc.

If no transaction is made within a year, all accumulated Points will be forfeited.

9. How will I know if my Points are about to expire?

Pawnzon will send you email notifications at the following intervals:

• 6 months before Points expire.
• 3 months before Points expire.
• 1 month before Points expire.

However, it is your responsibility to track your Points and ensure you use them before they expire.

10. Can I transfer my Points to someone else?

No, Points are non-transferable and cannot be given, sold, or inherited.

11. What happens if I don’t use my Points before they expire?

Once your Points expire due to inactivity, they cannot be reinstated or used. Expired Points have no monetary value and will be forfeited.

12. Can I earn Bonus Points?

Yes! From time to time, Pawnzon may run special promotions where you can earn bonus Points. These could include lucky draw programs, earning double or triple Points for certain transactions or promotions for referring new customers. The current ongoing Bonus Points is as follow:

13. How can I check my Points balance?

You can check your Points balance by logging into your account on the Pawnlink platform or by asking at participating Pawnzon pawnshops.
