2025 Harga Pajak KAW KAW T&C

• Harga Pajak Special 2025 is organised by Pawnzon’s partner Pawnbroker (We, Us or Our). By participating in this event, the Participant agrees that he/she has read, understood and agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.
• “Pawnbroker” means any of the licensed pawnbrokers listed in Annexure 1.
• The campaign is organized by Pawnzon’s Partner Pawnbrokers and is open to everyone who is currently residing in Malaysia only.

Harga Pajak Special:

• Promotion Period: This campaign will be commenced from 29 April 2025 to 04 May 2025.
• Special Pawn Price: During the Promotion Period, eligible customers will enjoy a special pawn price for 916 gold items on New Pawn ticket ONLY. All transfer transactions are not eligible for the HARGA PAJAK SPECIAL.
• Eligible Items: The special pawn price applies only to 916 gold items accepted by our pawn shops, subject to our standard acceptance criteria.
• Loan Terms: All other terms and conditions of the pawn loan remain unchanged, including loan duration, repayment terms, and item retrieval.
• Participation: To participate in this promotion, individuals must pawn an item(s) at Pawnzon’s Partner Pawnbrokers during the promotion period.
• Each Participants are given a limited maximum quota of 274 gram (or RM100,010) for using the Special Pawn Price (Harga Pajak Special).
• The quota of each individual is shared within the entire Pawnzon’s Partner Pawnbrokers Group during promotion period.
• Customer who did not fulfils the above-mentioned criteria will follow the weekly normal pawn price. Normal pawn price will not utilise his/her quota.
• Each quota given to individual are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

General Terms:

• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
• Pawnzon reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this promotion and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other rules, regulations, or requirements set out by Pawnzon.
• Pawnzon reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent activities.
• Pawnzon and its agencies are allowed to use the name, photograph, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade, and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice.
• Information will be held on our database but will not be accessible to any other third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
• In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version (or version of other languages) of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
