The Event consists of <strong>3KM and 5KM Fun Run categories<\/strong>, subject to the route, flag-off time, safety arrangements and operational requirements determined by the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1.3.The Event is a <strong>community-driven fundraising event<\/strong> organized to support underprivileged children in local orphanages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1.4. The event may include <strong>running, walking, warm-up, carnival booths, photography, videography, games, lucky draw, mascot appearance, prize presentation <\/strong>and other related activity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1.5. The Organiser reserves the right to amend any Event details, including but not limited to the <strong>event date, venue, time, flag-off time, route, <\/strong>distance, category, programme flow, safety arrangements, Race Kit contents, participant entitlements and Event activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1.6. Any changes or updates will be announced through the <strong>Official Channels <\/strong>where reasonably possible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1.7. The Event is organised by <strong>Pawnzon\u2019s Partner Pawnbrokers<\/strong> listed in <strong>Annexure 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18.6667px;\"><b>Acceptance of Terms<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.1. By submitting the registration form, purchasing a ticket through <strong>Ticket2U<\/strong>, making payment, collecting the Race Kit, attending or participating in the Event, the participant agrees to these <strong>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.2. Participants must <strong>read and understand<\/strong> these Terms &amp; Conditions before registering.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.3. For participants below <strong>18 years old<\/strong>, the parent or legal guardian shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms &amp; Conditions on behalf of the minor participant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18.6667px;\"><b>Eligibility<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.1. The Event is open to participants who are currently <strong>residing in Malaysia only<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.2. Participants must be <strong>7 years old and above<\/strong> on the Event date, unless otherwise approved by the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.3. Participants below <strong>18 years old<\/strong> must obtain <strong>consent from their parent or legal guardian<\/strong> before registering and participating.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.4. Participants below <strong>12 years old<\/strong> are recommended to be accompanied by a <strong>parent, guardian or responsible adult<\/strong> throughout the Event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.5. The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of <strong>identity, age, registration confirmation or parental\/guardian consent<\/strong> at any time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.6. The Organiser reserves the right to <strong>reject, cancel or disqualify<\/strong> any registration if <strong>false, incomplete, misleading or inaccurate information<\/strong> is provided.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"709\">Registration<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"798\">4.1. All registrations must be made through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticket2u.com.my\/event\/50769_24bba6afcc9148a9853d37ece4d11253\"><strong>official Ticket2U event page<\/strong><\/a> approved by the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"883\">4.2. Registration is confirmed only after <strong>successful payment<\/strong> has been made and the participant has received confirmation from <strong>Ticket2U<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"970\">4.3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration details are correct, including <strong>name, contact number, email address, category and T-shirt size<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"970\">4.4. The Organiser shall not be responsible for issues caused by <strong>incorrect or incomplete registration details<\/strong> submitted by the participant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"970\">4.5. The Organiser reserves the right to close registration earlier if all slots are <strong>fully taken<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"970\">4.6. The Organiser reserves the right to <strong>reject, cancel or disqualify<\/strong> any registration if <strong>false, incomplete, misleading or inaccurate information<\/strong> is provided.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Ticket Price and Payment<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.1. Ticket prices may vary according to <strong>category, distance, registration period, early bird rate, normal rate, late registration rate, group registration or promotional arrangement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.2. The ticket price stated on the <strong>official Ticket2U event page includes the applicable platform fee<\/strong>, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.3. Participants must check the selected <strong>category, ticket price, participant details and final payable amount<\/strong> carefully before confirming payment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.4. The<strong> final payable amount<\/strong> will be shown at <strong>Ticket2U checkout<\/strong> before payment confirmation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.5. Any <strong>optional add-ons<\/strong> selected by the participant during checkout, including but not limited to <strong>ticket refund insurance, sports personal accident insurance, optional merchandise, additional services, tax or any other third-party charges<\/strong>, shall be borne by the participant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.6. The Organiser shall not be responsible for <strong>failed, delayed, incomplete or duplicated payments<\/strong> caused by <strong>Ticket2U, banks, payment gateways, internet connection issues or incorrect information <\/strong>submitted by the participant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Refund and Cancellation<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6.1. All tickets and registration fees paid are <strong>strictly non-refundable<\/strong> unless otherwise decided by the Organiser or subject to applicable <strong>Ticket2U cancellation\/postponement procedures.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6.2. No refund will be given if a participant is unable to attend the Event due to <strong>personal reasons, medical reasons, work matters, travel issues, change of mind, wrong registration, duplicate registration, wrong category selection or failure to collect the Race Kit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6.3. No refund will be given for <strong>no-show participants, late arrival, failure to complete the Event, disqualification or breach of these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6.4. If the Event is <strong>postponed, rescheduled, relocated, modified, shortened or cancelled <\/strong>due to <strong>weather, haze, safety concerns, authority instruction, venue issue, force majeure or circumstances beyond the Organiser\u2019s control<\/strong>, the Organiser reserves the right to decide the appropriate arrangement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6.5. Such arrangement may include <strong>postponement, replacement event date, replacement venue, partial entitlement, refund, no refund or any other arrangement<\/strong> determined by the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6.6. Any refund arrangement, if applicable, shall be subject to the <strong>Organiser\u2019s decision, Ticket2U\u2019s procedures<\/strong> and any applicable deduction of <strong>platform fee, processing fee, service fee, tax or third-party charges.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6.7. The Organiser\u2019s decision on <strong>refund, cancellation, postponement, replacement or deferment <\/strong>shall be final.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Transfer and Change of Details<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">7.1. Registration is <strong>non-transferable<\/strong> unless approved by the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">7.2. Participants are not allowed to <strong>sell, transfer, exchange or assign<\/strong> their registration slot, ticket, bib or Race Kit to another person without approval.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">7.3. Any request to change <strong>participant details, category, distance or T-shirt size<\/strong> is subject to availability, Ticket2U system limitations and the Organiser\u2019s approval.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">7.4. No change request will be accepted after the <strong>deadline announced by the Organiser<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">7.5. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any <strong>private arrangement, payment, resale or transfer dispute<\/strong> between participants.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>T-Shirt, Bib, Race Kit Collection<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.1. Participants are required to select their preferred <strong>T-shirt size collection location<\/strong> during registration on the official Ticket2U event page, subject to the available collection locations provided by the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.2. The selected collection location is provided for participants\u2019 convenience and is subject to availability, operational arrangements and any changes determined by the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.3. The official <strong>Event bib<\/strong> will be assigned according to the participant\u2019s registered category and distance, such as <strong>3KM or 5KM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.4. T-shirt and bib collection details, including collection date, time and venue, will be announced through the Organiser\u2019s official channels and\/or stated on the Ticket2U event page.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.5. Participants may be required to present proof of registration or identification during event kit collection.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.6. In case of a participant authorises another person to collect on his\/her behalf, the representative may be required to present the participant\u2019s confirmation details and authorisation proof.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.7. Participants are responsible for collecting their T-shirt and bib at the selected collection location within the official collection period.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.8 If a participant is unable to collect the T-shirt and bib at the selected location or misses the official collection period, the participant may collect them on the Event Day at the designated Event collection counter, subject to verification, availability and the Organiser\u2019s operational arrangement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.9. Participants who collect their T-shirt and bib on the Event Day are advised to arrive early. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any delay, long queue, late flag-off, missed activity or inconvenience caused by late collection.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.10. Finisher entitlements, including but not limited to the finisher medal, recycle bag, refreshments, sponsor items or other finisher items, where applicable, will only be distributed on the Event Day and may be given only to participants who complete the Event route, unless otherwise decided by the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.12. Race Kits not collected during the official collection period may be forfeited unless otherwise decided by the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.13. The Organiser shall not be responsible for late collection, missed collection or failure to collect due to the participant\u2019s personal reasons.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Event Entitlements<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">9.1. Participant entitlements may include <strong>event T-shirt, bib, finisher medal, recycle bag, sponsor vouchers, refreshments, e-certificate, lucky draw entry<\/strong> or other items announced by the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">9.2. Entitlements may vary depending on <strong>category, sponsor arrangement, stock availability or operational requirements.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">9.3. Images of entitlements shown in promotional materials are for <strong>illustration purposes only.<\/strong> Actual items may differ in <strong>colour, size, design, packaging, brand or quantity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">9.4. <strong>Finisher medal, recycle bag, e-certificate or finisher entitlement<\/strong> may only be given to participants who <strong>complete the Event route<\/strong>, unless otherwise decided by the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">9.5. The Organiser reserves the right to <strong>replace, remove or amend<\/strong> any entitlement without prior notice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Charity Purpose<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10.1 The Event is organised with a <strong>charity and community purpose<\/strong> in support of underprivileged children in local orphanages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10.2 Through this Event, the Organiser aims to raise awareness and contribute towards initiatives that benefit <strong>children under the care of the orphanage home(s).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10.3 The selected <strong>beneficiary, donation method and\/or supported cause<\/strong> may be announced through the Organiser\u2019s Official Channels, where applicable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10.4 Any statement such as <strong>\u201cproceeds will be donated\u201d, \u201cpart of the proceeds will be donated\u201d, Each sign up will donate \u201cRM[amount]\u201d<\/strong> or any similar charity-related statement shall be subject to the Organiser\u2019s approved campaign arrangement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10.5 The final donation amount, beneficiary name and handover details may be announced after the Event, subject to final calculation, approval, reconciliation and beneficiary arrangement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10.6 The Organiser reserves the right to amend the <strong>charity beneficiary, donation arrangement or campaign mechanics<\/strong> if required due to operational, legal, administrative, beneficiary-related or force majeure reasons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10.7 Unless expressly stated by the Organiser, the registration fee <strong>shall not be interpreted as a full donation amount.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Health, Fitness and Medical Declaration<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.1 By registering and participating, the participant confirms that he\/she is <strong>physically fit and medically able <\/strong>to take part in the Event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.2 Participants are strongly advised to seek <strong>medical advice<\/strong> before participating, especially if they have any <strong>medical condition, injury, illness, pregnancy, heart condition, respiratory condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, recent surgery<\/strong> or any other health concern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.3 Participants are responsible for monitoring their own <strong>physical condition <\/strong>before, during and after the Event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.4 Participants must stop participating immediately if they feel <strong>unwell, dizzy, faint, breathless, injured or experience chest pain, severe discomfort, dehydration, cramps or abnormal symptoms.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.5 Participants must inform the nearest <strong>marshal, volunteer, medical personnel or Event staff<\/strong> if medical assistance is required.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.6 The Organiser reserves the right to stop any participant from continuing the Event if the participant appears <strong>unfit, injured, unsafe or unable to continue.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.7 The Organiser shall not be liable for <strong>any injury, illness, accident, death, loss or damage<\/strong> arising from a participant\u2019s failure to disclose medical conditions, failure to seek medical advice or decision to participate despite being medically unfit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Waiver, Release and Indemnity<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any <strong>injury, illness, death, accident, loss, damage, claim or expense<\/strong> arising from the participant\u2019s registration, attendance or participation in the Event, except where caused by the Organiser\u2019s proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">12.2 Participants agree to <strong>release and hold harmless<\/strong> the Organiser, sponsors, partners, vendors, volunteers and authorised personnel from any claim arising from participation in the Event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">12.3 For participants below <strong>18 years old<\/strong>, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms &amp; Conditions on behalf of the minor participant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Weather, Emergency and Force Majeure<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">13.1 The Event may proceed <strong>in light rain<\/strong> if the Organiser considers it safe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">13.2 The Organiser reserves the right to <strong>delay, suspend, modify, shorten, postpone or cancel<\/strong> the Event due to <strong>weather, haze, lightning, flood, road condition, medical emergency, public safety issue, authority instruction or any force majeure event.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">13.3 <strong>Force majeure<\/strong> includes but is not limited to <strong>natural disaster, extreme weather, haze, flood, fire, epidemic, pandemic, government restriction, authority instruction, venue closure, road closure, technical failure, public safety threat<\/strong> or any event beyond the Organiser\u2019s reasonable control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">13.4 The Organiser shall not be liable for any <strong>loss, cost, travel expense, accommodation expense, inconvenience or damage<\/strong> suffered due to event changes, postponement or cancellation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Medical Support and Emergency Treatment<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">14.1 The Organiser may provide <strong>basic first aid, ambulance support, medical station or emergency response team<\/strong> during the Event, subject to availability and event planning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">14.2 By participating, the participant consents to receive <strong>medical assistance or emergency treatment<\/strong> if deemed necessary by medical personnel, Event staff or emergency responders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">14.3 The participant agrees that the Organiser may contact the participant\u2019s <strong>emergency contact person<\/strong> in the event of injury, illness, emergency or safety concern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">14.4 The participant remains responsible for all <strong>medical expenses, hospital fees, ambulance fees, insurance claims or treatment costs<\/strong> unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"15\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Insurance Options<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">15.1 Participants may be offered <strong>optional insurance add-ons<\/strong> on the Ticket2U checkout page, including but not limited to <strong>Ticket Refund Insurance and\/or Sports Personal Accident Insurance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">15.2 Any insurance option shown on Ticket2U is provided through <strong>Ticket2U and\/or its appointed insurance partner, <\/strong>and is <strong>not directly provided by the Organiser.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">15.3 Participants may choose to opt in to the insurance option where available. Any <strong>insurance premium, tax, platform admin fee or related charges<\/strong> will be shown at checkout and added to <strong>the final payable amount<\/strong> before payment confirmation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">15.4 <strong>Insurance coverage, eligibility, claim approval, reimbursement amount and claim procedures<\/strong> are subject to the insurance provider\u2019s own policy terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">15.5 Participants are responsible for <strong>reading and understanding the insurance details<\/strong> before selecting any insurance option.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">15.6 The purchase of insurance does <strong>not change the Organiser\u2019s refund policy<\/strong>. All tickets and registration fees remain <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> unless otherwise decided by the Organiser or subject to applicable Ticket2U cancellation\/postponement procedures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">15.7 Any insurance claim, dispute, rejection, delay or reimbursement matter shall be handled according to <strong>the insurance provider\u2019s and\/or Ticket2U\u2019s applicable procedures.<\/strong> The Organiser shall not be responsible for <strong>the approval, rejection, processing or payment <\/strong>of any insurance claim.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"16\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Safety Rules and Participant Conduct<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">16.1 Participants must follow all <strong>Event rules, safety instructions, road marshal directions, signage, route markers and announcements.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">16.2 Participants must stay on the <strong>designated route<\/strong> and must not take shortcuts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">16.3 Participants must not <strong>obstruct, push, trip, threaten, harass or endanger<\/strong> other participants, volunteers, staff or members of the public.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">16.4 Participants must not participate under the influence of <strong>alcohol, drugs or any substance<\/strong> that may affect safety or judgment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">16.5 Participants must not bring <strong>dangerous items, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, sharp objects <\/strong>or any item that may cause harm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">16.6 Participants must <strong>not litter<\/strong> and must use designated rubbish bins where available.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">16.7 Participants must <strong>respect public property, venue rules, road safety regulations<\/strong> and instructions from the Organiser or authorities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">16.8 The Organiser reserves the right to <strong>remove or disqualify<\/strong> any participant who behaves in an <strong>unsafe, offensive, disruptive, dishonest or inappropriate manner.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"17\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Bib Rules<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">17.1 Participants must wear the official <strong>Event bib<\/strong> clearly on the front of their shirt during the Event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">17.2 The Event bib will be assigned according to the participant\u2019s registered <strong>3KM or 5KM category<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">17.3 Participants must not <strong>alter, fold, cover, duplicate or damage<\/strong> the bib.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">17.4 Participants must not <strong>exchange or transfer bibs<\/strong> without approval from the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">17.5 Participants who participate without an official bib may be <strong>removed from the Event route or denied entitlements.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">17.6 Lost, damaged or forgotten bibs may <strong>not be replaced<\/strong> unless otherwise decided by the Organiser.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"18\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Route, Timing and Cut-Off<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">18.1 The Event route will be announced before the Event date through the <strong>Official Channels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">18.2 The Organiser reserves the right to change the <strong>route, distance, flag-off time or cut-off time<\/strong> due to safety, traffic, weather, haze, venue, authority requirement or operational reasons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">18.3 Participants must complete the route within the <strong>cut-off time<\/strong>, if any.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">18.4 The Event is <strong>a charity\/fun run<\/strong> unless otherwise stated. <strong>Timing chips, ranking, or competitive results may not be provided.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"19\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Personal Belongings<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">19.1 Participants are responsible for their <strong>own personal belongings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">19.2 The Organiser shall not be liable for any <strong>lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged belongings, including but not limited to mobile phones, wallets, bags, watches, jewellery, cash, identification cards or vehicles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">19.3 Participants are advised <strong>not to bring valuable items<\/strong> to the Event.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"20\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Parking and Transportation<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">20.1 Participants are responsible for arranging their own <strong>transportation<\/strong> to and from the Event venue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">20.2 A <strong>parking fee of RM5 per entry<\/strong> may apply at the Event venue, unless otherwise stated.
