Contest Terms and Condition

    1. CONTENT OF PARTICIPATION

    1. TERMS OF CONTEST
    • 2023 PAWNZON Vaa Lucky Deepavali contest is organised by the Pawnzon’s partner Pawnbroker (We, Us or Our). By participating in this 2023 PAWNZON Vaa Lucky Deepavali contest, the Participant agrees that he/she has read, understood and agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.
    • “Pawnbroker” means any of the licensed pawnbrokers listed in Annexure 1.
    • The campaign is organized by Pawnzon’s Partner Pawnbrokers and is open to everyone who is currently residing in Malaysia only.
    • This campaign will be held from 30 October 2023 to 19 November 2023. The winners will be announced on our official Facebook page on 20th November 2023.
    • We reserve the right to post your video on our platform every day during the contest duration, regardless of whether it is chosen as a winner or not.
    • If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Participant’s likes or followers fall under the definition of Suspicious Likes, we reserve the right to disqualify.
    1. PRIZE
    • 20x contestant will be picked randomly and each lucky winner will get RM50 cash.
    • 1 participation only eligible to win 1 prize only.
    1. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
    • The winners will be announced when the condition is met through Facebook posting and a private message from us in order to collect related info.
    • Winners will be receiving a private message from us to collect related info.
    • Winners are required to reply to the message within 24 hours upon receiving or else the prize shall be forfeited and passed to the next winner.
    1. PRIZE CLAIM PROCESS
    • To claim the prize, winners must follow the instructions provided by the Organizer.
    • The period to claim the prize is 21 November 2023 – 27 November 2023.
    • The Organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner before awarding the prize.
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable for any other item.
    • The prize only can be claimed from designated pawnshops as follows: Lokasi Kedai

     

    • The Organizer may use the winner’s photograph and name for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to posting the photograph on the Organizer’s official Facebook page or other social media platforms.
    1. GERNERAL CONDITIONS:
    • Pawnzon and its agencies are allowed to use the winners’ name, photograph, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade, and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice.
    • Pawnzon decision on the winner of the Prizes shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence, complaint, or appeal shall be entertained by Pawnzon at any time during or after the Contest Period.
    • Failure to comply with any applicable terms, conditions rules, regulations, instructions, or method shall result in the participant being disqualified from the contest.
    • Pawnzon’s partner pawnbrokers reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest or these terms and conditions without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion. If so, the updated version will be published on our website at pawnzon.com.my Your continued participation in the Contest will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
    • Pawnzon’s partner pawnbrokers reserves the right to publish and display the photographs, in any mass media or marketing materials for advertising and publicity purposes without payment or compensation.
    • The decision of Pawnzon’s partner pawnbrokers on all matters relating to or in connection with the Contest is final and binding on all parties concerned.
    • Information will be held on our database but will not be accessible to any other third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
    • In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version (or version of other languages) of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
