Terms and Condition

Pawnzon Madani Merdeka Terms and Conditions  

  1. Introduction
  • Pawnzon’s Madani Merdeka (the “Event”). By participating in this Event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
  • “Pawnbroker” means any of the licensed pawnbrokers listed in Annexure 1.
  • The campaign is organized by Pawnzon’s Partner Pawnbrokers and is open to everyone who is currently residing in Malaysia only.

 

  1. Eligibility

2.1. The Event is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.2. Participants must have a valid Facebook account and follow Pawnzon’s official Facebook page.

2.3. All Pawnzon’s customer are eligible to participate, with transaction more than RM1,000.

  1. Entry Period

3.1. The entry period for the Event starts on 1 September 2024, and ends on 19 September 2024 (“Entry Period”).

3.2. Entries received after the Entry Period will not be considered.

  1. How to Enter

4.1. To enter the Event, participants must:

a) Like and follow Pawnzon’s official Facebook page.
b) Like and share the Event post to public.
c) Comment on the Event post #pawnzonSygMsia. Tag 3 friends
d) Screenshot of your shared FB post.
e) Take a photo of your pawn ticket (just the QR code area).
f) Upload both the screenshot and the ticket QR to the form and fill in all other details.

4.2. Only one entry per person is allowed.

  1. Winner Selection

5.1. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

5.2. The draw will be conducted live on Facebook on 11am, 21 September 2024 (“Draw Date”).

  1. Prizes

6.1. The prizes for the Event will be announced on Pawnzon’s official Facebook page.

6.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

  1. Winner Notification

7.1. Winners will be announced during the Facebook Live draw on 21 September 2024.

7.2. Winners will be contacted via Facebook within 3 days after the Draw Date. Winners must respond within 3 days to claim their prize. The prize only can be claim from 25/9/2024 – 06/10/2024

  1. Draw Process Terms & Conditions

8.1. Eligibility: Customers who pawn during the event period or complete designated tasks on social media are automatically eligible for the draw.

8.2. Draw Method: Use random draw software (Random comment picker) to select winners from all eligible participants.

8.3. Prize Collection Method: Winners will confirm their prize collection information contact after the live event.

8.4. Prize Collection Time: Winners must confirm and come to collect their prize within 3 days of the announcement. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.

8.5. Special Statements:

8.5.1) Each participant can win only once in live interaction and customer category. One category won’t have double winners.

8.5.2) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8.5.3) The company reserves the final right of interpretation for the event.

  1. Publicity

9.1. By participating in the Event, winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  1. Privacy

10.1. Any personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with Pawnzon’s Privacy Policy.

  1. General Conditions

11.1. Pawnzon reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Event, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Pawnzon’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Event, as determined by Pawnzon in its sole discretion.

11.2. Pawnzon reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Event or to be acting in violation of these Terms or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

  1. Limitation of Liability

12.1. By participating in the Event, participants agree to release and hold harmless Pawnzon and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Event or receipt or use of any prize.
